We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our team. Located in West Orange, New Jersey, we are a fast-paced, dynamic, positive environment where individual growth is encouraged.

Who You Are:

  • Experience working as an attorney for a family law firm.
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar in good standing.
  • Broad understanding of the complexities of family law and litigation.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude.
  • Not afraid to ask questions or work collaboratively with other attorneys in the firm.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • A compassionate and client-focused approach to legal practice.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively on a case from beginning to end.

What You Will Be Doing? 

  • Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters.
  • Conduct client consultations and provide legal advice tailored to each client's unique situation.
  • Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and settlement proposals.
  • Represent clients in family court proceedings and mediations.
  • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' best interests both in and out of court.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on developments in New Jersey family law.
  • Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing communication and support throughout the legal process.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to achieve successful outcomes for clients and provide exceptional service.
