Sr. Electrical Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Electrical Engineer to lead our design team in delivering innovative electrical systems for a variety of projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles and will be responsible for ensuring that our designs meet both functional and aesthetic requirements while adhering to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the electrical design process for various projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client specifications.
Conduct power system studies, lighting design, and control system design to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with architects, mechanical engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into building designs.
Prepare detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports, utilizing Revit and other design software.
Perform photorealistic rendering of lighting designs to aid in project visualization and client presentations.
Ensure compliance with LEED standards and other sustainability practices within electrical design projects.
Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in electrical engineering design.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering design, preferably in a consulting environment.
Proficiency in Revit and other electrical design software is essential.
Strong understanding of LEED principles and sustainable design practices.
Experience in lighting design, lighting control systems, and photorealistic rendering techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
