Director of Commercial Construction - High End Restaurant

Position Overview
The Director of Commercial Construction will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-end restaurant projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that all construction activities align with the company's vision and quality standards, while also managing budgets and timelines effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple high-end restaurant construction projects and teams from conception to completion.
Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations throughout the construction process.
Coordinate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project quality and design integrity.
Perform site inspections and manage on-site teams to ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Resolve any issues that arise during construction to ensure smooth project progression.
Report project status to senior management and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully completing high-end restaurant or retail construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, budgeting, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
