We are a mid-sized law firm based in West Chester, PA. As we grow our team, we are looking for an Associate Attorney with 3+ years of municipal and land use experience.

Who You Are:

J. D. and Bar Admission in Pennsylvania
3+ years of legal practice experience
Excellent initiative
Experience in marketing legal practice and originating new clients
Ability to work both independently and on a team
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task
Proficient with Microsoft Office products

What You Will Be Doing?

Provide representation for private and public clients, including elected officials, in a variety of municipal and land use matters
Attend and maintain a steady schedule of public and client meetings and conferences (i.e. Board of Supervisors/Council, Municipal Authority, and Planning Commission Meetings; Zoning Hearing Board Hearings, etc.)
Represent clients during hearings, trials, appeals and quasi-judicial matters
Draft necessary legal documents (i.e. agreements, applications, ordinances, zoning decisions, legal opinions)
Update clients regularly on their case status
