Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil design to join our dynamic team in Baltimore, MD. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects that will enhance your professional growth and contribute to the community.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop civil engineering projects, including infrastructure, transportation, and site development.
Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in civil design.
Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
