Position Overview
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee construction projects across various locations, focusing on hotel renovations and hospitality improvements. This role requires a hands-on leader who can efficiently manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects at multiple hotel locations
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams to ensure project milestones are met
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and upper management
Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for projects
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner
Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget constraints

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction procedures and project management
Experience with hotel renovations and hospitality projects is preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to travel frequently and adapt to various work environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
