Technical Solutions Analyst

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, configuring, and implementing technical solutions to meet business needs, ensuring the optimal use of software tools like Prophet 21 and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Configure and customize Prophet 21 to align with user needs and business processes.
Provide user support and training for software applications.
Conduct functional and technical analysis to enhance system performance.
Manage data migration and ensure data integrity during transitions.
Develop and execute testing plans to validate system changes and enhancements.
Document technical processes and procedures for reference and training.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions with other systems.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
Engage in process mapping to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical analysis and business analysis.
Strong knowledge of Prophet 21 software and its configuration.
Experience with data migration, testing, and implementation processes.
Familiarity with SQL and Oracle databases.
Ability to develop reports and documentation related to system functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
