Technical Sales Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales and provide technical support for our steam and hot water systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a deep understanding of fluid handling and industrial automation, enabling them to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the mechanical field
Provide technical support and solutions to clients regarding steam boilers, hot water systems, and fluid handling
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions for clients
Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide ongoing support
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes using Microsoft Office tools
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to enhance sales strategies

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the mechanical or industrial sector
Strong technical knowledge of steam boilers, hot water systems, and flow control
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of pipe, valves, and fittings
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed
