Established (15+ Years) Premier National Civil Litigation Firm Seeking Senior Associate for High-Stakes Sexual Abuse Litigation in Beverly Hills, CA
An established civil litigation firm based in Beverly Hills with over 15 years in business is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with 6+ years of experience to lead high-value sexual abuse cases against school districts. This Attorney will have experience with plaintiff personal injury cases, and/or have a prosecution background and trial experience.
Offer:
Salary range: $165,000-$210,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
6+ years of litigation experience, preferably in plaintiff-side sexual abuse, personal injury, or public entity claims
Strong courtroom presence and trial preparation experience preferred
Skilled in managing sensitive client relationships and high-stakes negotiations
JD from an accredited law school
Active California Bar membership in good standing
Responsibilities:
Oversee complex civil sexual abuse cases involving school districts
Lead strategy, filings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with litigation teams
Advocate in settlement negotiations and court proceedings
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, experts, and opposing counsel
