Sales Engineer (New Equipment)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team and drive the sales of our new equipment offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, providing technical support to clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for our new equipment offerings.
Provide technical support to clients, including product selection, sizing, and application recommendations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal sales and engineering teams to develop effective sales strategies and solutions.
Achieve sales targets by meeting or exceeding established performance metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in boilers, steam boilers, HVAC systems, steam theory, and controls.
Strong knowledge of hydronic and steam systems, including steam boilers, hydronic systems, pumps, expansion tanks, buffer tanks, and air separators.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend trade shows and events.
