Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented P21 SME to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring effective implementation of IT solutions that enhance business operations and drive efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Document detailed functional specifications for IT projects
Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Conduct systems analysis and provide recommendations for improvement
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units
Support integration and implementation processes for various software solutions
Manage and track project timelines and deliverables
Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures
Provide training and support to end-users as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
Proficiency in ERP systems, Prophet 21 required
Experience with Epicor, Dynachange, and C# programming
Familiarity with SQL and database management
Knowledge of reporting tools such as SSRS, Crystal Reports, and BarTender
Experience with ETL tools like SSIS and DMT
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
