Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hospital construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Utilize CPM scheduling to ensure efficient project workflows and timely completion.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, address issues, and implement solutions.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and upper management.
• Manage project budgets and perform cost estimating to ensure financial success of projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management, specifically in hospital construction.
• Strong knowledge of CPM scheduling techniques and project management software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
