As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our team and help bring exciting new projects to life.

Position Overview:
As a Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and our internal team to ensure seamless project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction to final completion.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as safety standards.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise to keep projects on track.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts, change orders, and claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent time-management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Lexington and the surrounding areas.
  • OSHA certification or willingness to obtain.
