Project Manager

Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and mitigating risks to deliver successful project outcomes in educational, correctional, industrial, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
Manage project budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenditures.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and suppliers, to provide updates and address concerns.
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to avoid delays and budget overruns.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably in educational, correctional, industrial, and commercial projects.
Strong understanding of construction processes, project management methodologies, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
PMP certification or similar credentials is a plus.
