Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Paint Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial painting projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of commercial painting projects.
Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion.
Manage project budgets and control costs.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project.
Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial painting project management.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and equipment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in project management software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
