Outsourced CFO/Accounting Services- Manager - public - to $150k+

Position: Client Account Services Manager 

CPA firm seeking a hands-on, accountant/manager who will support our Outsourced CFO Services Division. Candidate requires strong attention to detail as well as the ability to collaborate and deliver. Responsible for bookkeeping, closing the books, creating financial reports, and assisting in maintaining the firms strong client relationships. 

Responsibilities: " Develop an understanding of a clients business and aspects of their industry. " Client write-up and preparation of financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis " Review and prepare clear and concise working papers. " Organize and consult with clients on transactional issues. " Assist with onboarding new clients. " Preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other management reports " Assisting and maintaining clients' annual operating plan/budgets " Provide training for new clients and staff in the use of shared software applications. " Manage multiple client engagements and projects concurrently with assigned teams. " Serve as a trusted advisor and build and maintain valued-added relationships with clients and their teams. " Contribute to special projects, as needed. Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: " Bachelors degree in accounting required. " 7-10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or related experience " 3-5 years of supervisory experience " Must have active CPA or equivalent certification. " Ability to multi-task, work independently and in a team environment. " Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally " Expert working skills with Microsoft Excel and Word " Experience in Client Account Services is a plus. " Ability to problem-solve and think both creatively and logically. " Small to mid-sized company background is preferred, additional large company exposure a plus. " Knowledge/experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, and bill.com a plus " Working knowledge of other applicable accounting technology " Understanding of E-Commerce and Inventory accounting is a plus as well.
