Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the Day Shift. The ideal candidate will perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal operation and minimal downtime. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong mechanical aptitude and a variety of technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Perform scheduled maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
Utilize tig welding techniques for equipment repairs and fabrication.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience with tig welding and millwright tasks is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
