Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment within the facility. This role focuses on maintaining production efficiency, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and train maintenance staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in a timely manner.
Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime during maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Lead efforts in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in maintenance supervision or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, and hydraulics systems.
Familiarity with motors and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with injection molding and plastic manufacturing processes is a plus.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
