Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Controls Engineer to design, develop, and implement control systems for various industrial applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with PLC programming, HMI development, and a strong understanding of automation processes. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing system performance and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop control systems for industrial processes
Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate control systems with existing machinery
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance
Provide technical support and training to staff on control systems
Maintain and update documentation for all control systems

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, or related field
Proven experience in PLC programming and design
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for control system design
Experience with Rockwell automation products
Familiarity with VFD and servo motor controls
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
