Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Project Manager with expertise in Construction Management to join our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with local government regulations and environmental standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
  • Oversee procurement and resource allocation to ensure project needs are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with heavy civil infrastructure projects (Bridges, Roads, Underground Utilities, Water Lines). 
  • CE-2 or ability to obtain CE-2 with the Ohio Department of Transportation is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications to work on O-DOT projects/ familiarity with O-DOT regulations.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with government and municipal construction projects.
  • Experience in environmental and landscape projects.
