Our nationally recognized law firm offers our clients a full range of defense litigation and proudly represents numerous professionals, businesses, financial institutions, and insurance companies. As we grow our team, we are looking for an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience.

Who You Are:

Must have obtained a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in the state in which you intend to practice
Litigation Experience
Experience in Securities Litigation and/or Professional Liability Defense (FINRA - Plus)
Previous experience in court appearances and depositions is required
Proficient in drafting summary judgment motions and other legal motions
A thorough understanding of federal and state rules of civil procedures is necessary

What You Will Be Doing?

Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and motions
Assisting with discovery, including drafting demands, analyzing responses and reviewing/digesting document productions
Conducting Legal Research
Working closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects and assignments
Regularly handling court appearances and depositions
Reporting to clients and carriers on the status of each matter
Organizing and prioritizing workload
