Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and licensed Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a proven track record in delivering innovative architectural solutions. This role will focus on developing architectural plans and designs for various projects, including restaurants, retail spaces, and hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and present architectural designs and plans in alignment with client requirements and local regulations.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Prepare and review construction documents, including RFIs and submittals.
Utilize software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed architectural drawings.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and compliance with design specifications.
Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Licensed Architect (AIA preferred).
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in designing for the restaurant, retail, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
