Requirements:
1.) Postgraduate Degree in Accounting or Finance
2.) 10+ years in finance with cash flow, risk management, and FP&A
3.) 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role

Currently, we are seeking a CFO to work closely with the President and executive team in leading the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in a construction environment but it is not required.

As the Chief Financial Officer you'll be an integral part of the executive team, overseeing critical financial functions. Responsibilities encompass financial reporting, budget management, cash flow projections, financial statement preparation, expense oversight, compliance adherence, job costing, and supervision of accounts receivable and payable. You will also oversee and build out the accounting, finance, and billing teams.
Must-Have Skills:
1.) Postgraduate Degree in Accounting or Finance
2.) 10+ years in finance with cash flow, risk management, and FP&A
3.) 5+ years in a senior financial leadership role
Pluses (Not required):
1.) Experience at a construction company
