Job Title: Senior Tax Associate
Location: Remote Flexibility in the U.S. (except CA)
Salary Range: $90k-125k + Annual Bonuses
Requirements: Must have minimum 4-5+ years Tax & Public Accounting Exp. and CPA strongly preferred

-Prepare and manage tax returns, extensions, tax planning calculations, for all entity types with a focus on Individual
-Prepare financial statements and perform accounting and adjusting entries, bank reconciliations, and client books and records
-Prepare complex tax planning projections for individual and corporate estimated tax liability
-Manage and monitor client deliverables and due dates
-Prepare complex U.S. and state individual income, gift tax, and estate tax returns
-Communicate directly with existing clients, colleagues, management, and IRS representatives regarding various tax matters
- 2-5+ years minimum of relevant experience
- Experience in individual tax compliance, planning
- Gift, estate, and trust return experience would be a plus
- Experience in partnership tax would be a plus
- Outgoing and friendly personality a team player
