Job Title: Sr. Process Engineer
Job Location: Milford, CT
Job Salary: $37-47/hr (Potential for higher pay based on experience. Plenty of OT potential as well)

We are an established defense and space manufacturing company with over 70 years of sheet metal and CNC machining experience. Due to our recent growth, we are looking for experienced Process Engineers to join our team!
We have different experience levels and multiple openings so we are open to a variety of backgrounds and experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with SolidWorks, Process/Manufacturing Engineering, sheet metal/CNC machining, and the Aerospace industry.
If you have experience with customer-focused engineering and ERP systems, it will be highly preferred.
- Assess and update manufacturing processes based on customer requirements.
- Implement processes into the ERP system, including BOM, vendor processing, tooling, CNC programs, and quality requirements.
- Enhance manufacturing processes for cost and time efficiency, working independently or in teams.
- Assist in designing tooling and fixtures to support production.
- Work closely with Quality, Quoting, and Production departments to ensure smooth operations.
