Position Overviews
We are seeking experienced Senior Tax Managers to lead our tax compliance and planning efforts for numerous Tax Teams at our Public Accounting firm clients. The ideal candidates will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert tax advice, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. These position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to develop strategies that align with clients' financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead tax compliance and reporting for high-net-worth individuals and also various entities.
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize client benefits.
Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their growth and development.
Conduct thorough reviews of tax returns and other related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on client portfolios.
Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA certification required.
Minimum of 8-12+ years of tax experience
Proven experience in managing tax teams and projects.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

Master's in Taxation or Accounting
Experience with: Real Estate, Professional Services, and / OR HNWIs clients
