We are an award winning Washington DC based commercial general contractor that has rapidly grown since our inception in the 80's. We have been one of DC's great places to work for 10+ years in a row with a culture that offers unlimited growth.

Due to the growth within the firm, we are actively looking to add an experienced Senior Project Manager to our team.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects, specifically in Class A Office Interiors and Tenant Improvement sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of project tasks and milestones
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control
Conduct regular project meetings to assess progress and address any issues
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Develop and maintain project documentation and records

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, particularly in Class A Office Interiors and Tenant Improvement
Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in project management software and tools
