Location: Denver, CO
Salary Range: $110,000 - $160,000+ (based on experience)

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead on high-impact projects, working with top-tier clients to design and deliver cutting-edge mechanical systems for data centers, airports, and other mission-critical facilities.

What You'll Do:

Lead the mechanical engineering and design for projects, including new construction, expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
Develop innovative HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems tailored to client needs.
Ensure compliance with local and international building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Perform load calculations, equipment selections, and system analyses using advanced software tools.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Mentor and delegate tasks to project engineers, designers, and BIM/CAD staff.

What You Bring:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering (ABET-accredited).
Certification: Professional Engineer (PE) registration, with multi-state licensure preferred.
Experience: 10-15 years of proven expertise in mechanical engineering, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
Skills: Proficiency in managing projects across all development phases, including greenfield and renovation projects.
Travel: Ability to travel occasionally and meet client-specific requirements, including background checks and screenings.
Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
