Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000/ year DOE + extensive benefits, growth opportunities, bonus/equity, and generous PTO

- Design & develop manufacturing processes for new products & existing products
- Fixtures and tooling for the manufacturing process
- Develop & execute process validation protocols
- Analyze process data and provide recommendations
- Installation Qualification equipment protocols and reports
- Create and maintain accurate documentation
- Plan, schedule, and complete projects consistent with business plants
- Additional duties as requested
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Minitab, JMP, or other statistic tools
- Knowledge of Solidworks or other CAD software
- History working within medical device manufacturing
