Position Overview:
The Senior Accountant will be a key member of our accounting team, responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization. They will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial information to support decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes
- Ensure compliance with GAAP principles and company policies
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform account reconciliations and analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in construction
- Working knowledge of Sage 300 is a plus!
