Title: Sales Representative
Location: Remote
Base Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 + Commission (Total Comp Opportunity between $200K - $400K)
Requirements: Sales, Account Management, Bakery/Food Manufacturing Equipment Sales Experience

This is a FULL-TIME Position, to work remotely. We have been in business for over 150 years and are one of the most well-known OEMs in the food manufacturing industry. We are currently doing well. Over the last 2 years, we have increased our headcount by 26%. We are currently in need of a Sales Representative with Bakery Equipment Sales experience.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the bakery and food manufacturing sectors. This position requires a strong focus on client engagement and the ability to meet sales goals and KPIs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the bakery and food manufacturing sectors.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs while providing exceptional customer service.
• Conduct technical support for clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation and presentations to clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably in the bakery or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong skills in sales, account management, and business development.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
• Experience with technical support and customer service.
• Familiarity with technical documentation and presentation skills.

Benefits

- Base Salary: $90,000 - $140,000

- Commission - 1% Our equipment costs $5 Million+. Most representatives are selling between 3 to 8 units annually. 

- Annual Bonus - $5K-$10K
