About the Role
We are searching for a motivated individual to join our growing team of survey and design professionals as we survey and design the communities in which we live, work, and play. Qualified candidates must have high-level verbal and written communication skills, excellent computer skills (AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office), a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well alone and collaboratively.
As a Registered Land Surveyor, you will manage survey projects and Clients, and spend time both in and out of the office performing property line and field topography surveys, preparing existing site conditions plans, and providing construction stakeout. You will also oversee survey department staff, have project and staff scheduling responsibilities, coordinate with Clients, municipal and other regulatory agencies, and attend day and evening meetings to present plans. Our ideal person has an associate's or bachelor's degree in land surveying and is a professional land surveyor.
