Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects from conception through to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Conduct regular site inspections and supervise construction activities.
Negotiate contracts and manage agreements with vendors and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications

5+ years mechanical/plumbing/HVAC experience working on commercial projects

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in industries such as Pharmaceutical, Bio-Pharma, and Manufacturing is a plus
Chillers/Boilers exp also nice to have
