Position Overview

The company was established in 1909 as a local steel erection contractor and has since expanded to become a regional fabricator, general contractor, and erector. Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to track progress and resource allocation.
Conduct site visits to monitor project progression, quality control, and safety compliance.
Prepare and present project proposals, bids, and progress updates to stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector.
Strong knowledge of general construction practices and principles, with a focus on commercial projects.
Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
