We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specified quality standards. As a key player in our team, you will manage both internal and external stakeholders, coordinate resources, and solve any issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Coordination:
    Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and work schedules. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all project milestones are met.
  • Budget & Cost Management:
    Create project budgets, track expenditures, and manage costs to ensure the project remains within financial limits. Approve and track invoices and purchase orders.
  • Quality Control:
    Ensure construction meets all quality standards, regulatory requirements, and specifications. Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Risk Management:
    Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Respond to issues promptly to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
  • Team Leadership:
    Lead and manage a diverse team, including on-site construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure that all team members are well-trained, motivated, and comply with project safety and quality guidelines.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, daily logs, and safety reports. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including clients, upper management, and regulatory authorities.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication:
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders. Ensure their needs are met and expectations managed throughout the project.
  • Site Supervision:
    Visit the construction site regularly to ensure the work is proceeding as planned and quality standards are upheld.
  • Schedule Management:
    Ensure project milestones are achieved on time by coordinating all phases of construction and resolving delays or scheduling conflicts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM, LEED AP) are a plus.
  • Experience with large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines
