What You Will Be Doing?
Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to assist the attorneys and clients. The role will work with attorneys to manage cases, from case initiation by the client to preparation of the applications using case tracking software and acquisition of the related documents. Provide secretarial support for attorneys by performing clerical and secretarial functions such as typing and transcribing legal and technical materials, providing information to attorneys, scheduling court hearings, preparing subpoenas, maintaining case files, filing documents in state, district and/or federal court, and performing related duties as assigned. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a strong client service focus.
