What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical operations and project managers, ensuring all work is completed within budget, on time, and meets all safety standards and regulations
Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
Managing the financial aspects of the operations, including budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting
Monitoring progress of projects, identifying any issues or delays, and taking necessary action to mitigate any risks
Ensuring all operations comply with safety regulations and standards, promoting a culture of safety within the team
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all project goals are met
Providing leadership, guidance, and support to the operations team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation
