We are the leader in Corporate Jet management, maintenance, and overhauls, looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all repair station activities. This is a high profile position with excellent opportunity to grow and advance as a leader in our great company!
Our Operations Manager will be responsible for all Maintenance, Technical, and Operations personnel for our 145 repair station. You will have authority on all guidelines and directives in adherence to FAA Regulations. You will maintain budget and be responsible for expenses and profit in accordance with company KPI's. You will also lead, develop, train all existing & new employees, plus manage maintenance schedule.
This is an important role for a Key operation in our business. Are you the ready?
- 5+ years as an Operations Manager in Aircraft Maintenance
- Airframe Powerplant License a plus!
- Corporate Aviation experience; Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault, etc...
- demonstrated history of managing and developing a team
- experience in MRO and 145 Repair Station
- ability to manage scheduling and complete paperwork per FAA guidelines
- Bachelor's Degree; Aviation Management preferred
- Competitive Compensation; $160k-180k salary DOE
