We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with Machine Design experience to join our team in Mokena, IL. We've been very successful for over 50 years, while consistently growing year over year - with an average tenure of 8 years!

Key Responsibilities:

You will manage projects from the initial analysis of customer needs through to project specification, concept development, design, testing, and installation. Your responsibilities will encompass researching, designing, developing, testing, and installing a variety of complex apparatus, components, equipment, and machinery. Additionally, you will be involved in designing, constructing, and operating sophisticated machinery and equipment, working closely with other engineers, service teams, and sourcing personnel to ensure optimal equipment performance.

Qualifications:

BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
3+ years of Machine Design experience
Machine and Mechanical Mechanism design
AutoCad or another 3D software
Create the necessary documentation (BOMs, ECNs, and REAs) to assist engineering in the development, design, or modification of products as needed
