Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer with TS/SCI clearance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a commitment to security protocols in accordance with TS/SCI requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack web applications using Java, Angular, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure code quality through unit testing and code reviews.
Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.
Implement and maintain security protocols to adhere to TS/SCI standards.
Work with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and messaging systems (Kafka).
Deploy and manage applications on Apache Tomcat and other server environments.
Actively participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

B.S. degree Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline and 12 years of experience or Master's degree and 10 years of experience.
10 plus years' experience with Java development with some experience in Relational Database Management.
10 Years' Experience with Angular 3+ front-end web application platform and PrimeNG UI components or similar web framework.
Experience with middle tier messaging systems, Kafka, Active MQ or similiar and development and usage with RESTful web services
Active Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance. Need to have Current Poly or consent to Poly at briefing.

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years' experience working on a program following SAFe Methodology.
