Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician specializing in chillers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems, with a focus on chiller systems and their components. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills to ensure optimal performance and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Install and maintain chiller systems and components in commercial and industrial settings.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, including refrigeration and electrical problems.
Provide technical repair services for HVAC equipment and systems as needed.
Conduct system diagnostics and recommend solutions for system improvements.
Assist in the installation of new HVAC systems, including ductwork and controls.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation of work performed.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.
Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a focus on chillers and refrigeration systems.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and mechanical systems.
Experience in troubleshooting and performing technical repairs on HVAC equipment.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid HVAC technician license and EPA certification preferred.
