Job Title: Field Manager
Location: Remote + Travel within New England & Upstate NY (must live within this territory)
Industry: Environmental Services (Lead & Asbestos Abatement)
Salary: $65K-$80K + up to 25% Bonus
Benefits: Health Insurance + PTO + Car Allowance
Requirements: Field Management within Disaster Restoration, Asbestos Abatement, or similar field + Xactimate
We are an environmental services company that specializes in the testing and abatement of lead and asbestos.
We are currently in search of a Field Manager for our Abatement Division to manage technicians and subcontractors in the field, write estimates using Xactimate and be the point of contact for both the customer and insurance adjuster.
Having direct abatement experience is not required.
Knowing Xactimate and having experience dealing with insurance adjusters is required for this role.
If you have Project Management or Field Management experience within the Disaster Restoration industry, you would likely be a great fit for this role since the restoration industry deals directly with the insurance companies more so than most abatement companies do. However, if you have an abatement background and also know Xactimate and now to deal with adjusters, then this would be an ideal opportunity for you!
This is a fully remote role that requires travel throughout our current territory of New England and Upstate New York.
Benefits
This is a great opportunity for a Field Manager with knowledge of Xactimate to join a rapidly growing company, so apply today!
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
