Position Overview
We are seeking a Development & Tax Finance Attorney with 4+ years of experience to join us in our Syracuse, NY office. For this role we are looking for someone with a background in federal tax law related to business transactions, real estate development projects, and state tax credits. You will focus on providing legal guidance related to business formation, financing, tax credits, and business agreements, ensuring compliance and maximizing the benefits for our clients.
