Fabrication/Welding Project Manager

We're currently looking for a Project Manager or Estimator with steel fabrication and/or welding experience! Please apply if this could be you!

Key Responsibilities

Provide estimation and project management for fabrication and welding projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget estimates.
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the welding and fabrication industry.
Strong knowledge of welding processes and fabrication techniques, particularly in structural steel.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage diverse teams and projects.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and tools for tracking project progress.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
