Position Overview
The Controller will oversee all financial aspects of the company, ensuring accuracy in reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial management. This role is pivotal in strategic planning and provides leadership in financial operations while supporting the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the financial reporting process and ensure timely and accurate financial statements.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards.
Lead the accounting team in managing accounts payable and receivable functions.
Implement and improve business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Conduct data analysis to support financial planning and operational decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in financial management.
Strong knowledge of Epicor ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Experience in budgeting, financial management, and accounting practices.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing a finance team.
Knowledge of audit compliance and regulatory standards.
Ability to improve business processes and implement cost-saving measures.
