Are you an experienced Email Production Coordinator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving impactful email campaigns? We're looking for someone to join a fast-growing, innovative team. You'll play a pivotal role in creating and deploying high-quality email communications, ensuring every campaign meets the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Creation and Deployment: Ensure email campaigns accurately reflect source content and all provided edits, adhering to compliance and quality standards.
- Template Maintenance: Update and modify HTML/CSS email templates for proper rendering across all devices and email clients.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA checks, ensuring all edits are implemented without errors.
- Review and Approval Coordination: Manage the review and approval process, ensuring timely feedback from all necessary teams.
- Audience Segmentation and Compliance: Manage complex audience segmentation in platforms like Mailchimp or Salesforce, ensuring regulatory alignment.
- Post-Campaign Reporting: Provide detailed campaign performance reports for stakeholders.
- Bulk Email Procedures: Oversee the scheduling, timing, and quality assurance of all bulk email communications.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with multiple teams (Analysis, Creative, Compliance, and Executive) to ensure email campaigns meet expectations.
- Project Management: Maintain organization and follow-through on email-related tasks, proactively addressing concerns and improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Mailchimp and familiarity with advanced email platforms like SendGrid. Strong background in HTML/CSS, particularly for email templates and mobile responsiveness.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in proofreading and quality assurance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with a proactive attitude and excellent follow-up.
- Results-driven, always seeking process improvements.
Key Expectations:
- Proactively communicate if deadlines may not be met, and take initiative to find solutions.
- Own mistakes, learn from them, and communicate them immediately to prevent future issues.

Benefits
- Competitive compensation up to $80k
- $490/month employee covered medical benefits plus 50% coverage of the balance if any
- Paid time off (15 days per year for the first two years, 20 days from years 3 - 5-, and 25-days beginning year 6)
- Profit sharing plan following 1 year of service. The plan is 100% company funded and has vesting requirements.
