Job Location: Fort Myers / Naples, FL Area
Salary: $140k-$180k + Bonus
Requirements: 10+ Years of Marketing experience + experience in a leadership role focused on brand creation, rebranding, strategic marketing, etc. Experience in the Construction or real estate industry is a big plus.
This is a full-time permanent position with a well-established General contractor with a heavy focus on commercial construction projects.
They are currently hiring for an experienced Marketing Director to lead the branding and marketing for its expanding group of companies. This person will oversee the full scope of marketing initiatives and work closely with the executive leadership team to ensure successful brand development, rebranding, and marketing impact.

What You Will Be Doing
Brand Development and Rebranding: Create and launch new brand identities and lead the rebranding effort
Comprehensive Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy
Content Strategy and Leadership: Oversee content creation across all divisions, including case studies, whitepapers, articles, social media posts, etc.
Digital Marketing Initiatives: Execute customized digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, and email) to build a strong online presence for each division, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
Website Management: Supervise the development and ongoing maintenance of websites for new brands and revamped sites for rebranded firms, ensuring each site accurately represents the company's capabilities and expertise.
Sales and Business Development Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams across divisions to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, focusing on lead generation and client acquisition for each brand.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Perform market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions, ensuring each brand meets market demands and stands out from competitors.
Campaign Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns for each division, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results and achieve key performance indicators.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on creativity, excellence, and successful brand launches and rebranding efforts.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related is preferred
10+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on brand creation, rebranding, and strategic marketing
Experience in the construction, development, or real estate industry is a plus
Demonstrated success in creating and launching brands and leading rebranding efforts, with a proven track record of implementing multi-brand marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive growth.
Extensive knowledge of digital marketing, brand management, content creation, and campaign analysis.
Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership abilities.
Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively across divisions and manage multiple stakeholders, ensuring cohesive marketing efforts for diverse brand identities.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM, and CMS systems.
