Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Client Services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in client relationship management, a strong background in claims and settlement administration, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Client Services team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Oversee the implementation of client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Monitor and report on client satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide strategic guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate complex settlement processes.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in client services, claims administration, or settlement administration.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
