Job Location: Walnut Creek, CA
Salary Range: $190,000 - $210,000 + Profit Sharing Bonus
Requirements: 15+ years, Construction Accounting, Strong Tax, Construction Lending, External Reporting, Land Acquisition
We are looking for you, our next CFO, to join our family owned Home Building company. We have been in business for over 50 years and we are looking for our next strong CFO to lead our company into the next generation. Our current CFO has been with us for 30 years and they are retiring at the end of next Tax Season.
Your Responsibility:
You will be responsible for the entire Financial Operation of our business, including our Family Office dealings that has multiple business entities underneath. You will be wearing a multitude of hats ranging from overseeing: Construction Loans, External Reporting, Tax Strategy, Managing the Financial Team, Land Acquisition, Property Management and more.
Must have skills:
10+ years in Construction / Home Building
Construction Loans / Land Acquisition
Tax Knowledge / Strategy
