Project Manager/Estimator

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to oversee and manage painting projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial painting and estimating, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for commercial painting jobs.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project status and quality of work.
Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of project expenses and changes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager/Estimator in the commercial painting industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial paint products and application techniques.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
